I came into the store to not knowing what was wrong with my phone cause the screen was blurry! And got helped by Jesus and he looked me up in the system to see if I had insurance and helped me make a decision to get it fixed and have the same phone or a brand new one! And helped me throughout the process and better deals as well! He was so nice and and patient! I’ll definitely be coming again and having his help!!! Great customer service! Everyone was helpful and very welcoming ☺️

I spoke with Jesus on the phone before coming in to the store and he was very nice and helpful. When I got there, Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products I was interested in purchasing. I think above all he had a good sense of respect and boundaries because he was very careful to socially distance and the way he handled the products he really tried to prevent the possible spread of Corona Virus. I got the information I needed in an honest and thoughtful way, and he was very expedient in processing my purchase and getting me on my way. Sierra was also very nice and was interested in what I do as a Lineman for AT&T. Everyone I have met over the years who has helped me at the Santa Rosa Plaza location has always been so friendly and helpful. That’s why I always go to this location when I need to shop for AT&T products locally. Thank you all! It’s nice to know there is a place I can go and be treated with respect and feel like I am valued as a person and fellow employee. ❤️
