I had to run a medical errand in BH today and saw my favorite sandwich shop was open. I used to have lunch here at least once a month. I haven’t been here in probably 2 years and I think there are new owners, maybe not, I didn’t ask. I always have the egg salad salad sandwich which I thought was the best in LA. I took my first bite and it tasted of garlic. It’s 3 hours since I ate it and I can’t get that taste out of my mouth and I do feel a bit sick to my stomach.

A very old and very reliable place to grab coffee, breakfast, lunch etc. This is a truly local spot, not visible or known to tourists. The only downside is that it’s right next door to WMA, so you will have to endure some loud conversations by agents about how great they are, but then again that’s pretty much everywhere around here. So sit down and have your own loud conversation, and enjoy a quick and easy meal. And coffee. Don’t forget the coffee.

I like it in here because the service is so nice, it’s quiet and they have good coffee. They serve in real cups too if you ask, which is so much better better for taste and Earth! Nice choice of pastries, I had a gluten free banana choc muffin that was great. Already my third meeting here today, that’s my local office!
