My sister and I came into the store with the intention of trading in her phone. We were greeted by Mariela outside the store with bright smiles and instantly made us feel less intimated going into the store. Mariela was very attentive to our needs and answered every questions we had. She also looked through our family plan and found that we were paying more than what we needed so kudos for her for helping us save money! We enjoyed our visit very much because Mariela made it so fun! Awesome customer service ☺️
