My family and I have many pieces from this company and specifically this store. We have even made friends with one of there floor workers. There jewelry is beautiful and they also do repairs. But if you are sending something to either get resized or repaired, do keep in mind they do send it back to Hawaii, which is where it is all made. So it does take a while, but do not worry, they always come back looking so beautiful, and there stuff it also very durable.
