I had the pleasure of meeting with Omar here. He immediately helped me with all my needs and hooked me up with a killer deal for internet. I had to put zero money down which was killer! He also, told me about their new cell phone service. They use the same exact Verizon towers which I didn’t want to give up for a fraction of my Verizon service. Check it out! Horrible customer service. We just got Spectrum Internet and of course, wife said ok to their Router. They charge $5 a month so I went out and bought my own router.Spectrum said I can drop off their router at their store. When I went to the store location in Thousand Oaks, Omar said I had to drop it off at a UPS store. He then went on to say if UPS could not receive it try FedEx and FedEx doesn’t work bring it back to the store.I think he was just too lazy to do the paperwork to receive the router. Why ship the item via UPS if I can actually handed over to them directly. Which is what The customer rep said on the phone (drop it off at their store)
