After spending an hour of my time here today for their sale of ugrading an iphone to newer model for mothers days sale the young sales person refused to it and send me back to call 800 number ..I went to Tanfron mall tmobile and got all down and they even restored all my data and apps on my old phone ..dont try this location in Hillsdale mall ever again..t-mobile staffs are not aware of their own rules and promos and I had to teach them what is what and still they refused to help at this location.

Informative and friendly team! I was looking to get more information in regards to the Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Justin was a great help on the phone! Once in the store, I was helped by Kevin with my phone upgrade; I was in and out in 20 minutes- new phone in hand, rebate completed! Both of them were such a great help! Great experience

This review is for the T-Mobile rep. at Hillsdale, Kevin M. I was due for a new phone and heard various opinions regarding upgrading and phone trade-in options. For me, this process is confusing and overwhelming. When I met with Kevin, he was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough in discussing the options. I walked out of the store feeling relieved and confident in my decision. Plus, I got my phone activated and with a plan to get a case and cover.
