Soft opening in early August. I’ve been to the one in Long Beach a few years ago (and I remember it being good there) and just happened upon this one thanks to Google Maps.They’re still a staff-in-training, but I wouldn’t know it if it wasn’t for the sign saying so.My Assam black milk tea was solid – tea concentration was good and I had it with Oatly oat milk so it was a little lighter. I especially like that they offer different types of milk.This place is accessible from the Fourth St side of the new (still under construction) Fourth St Market #4SMLots of outdoor seating in a parklet (parking spaces converted to outdoor space) just outside the doors. And a kind man was cleaning and wiping down the tables and chairs.All-in-all, def worth a visit if you are in the OC for some legit boba that focuses on quality teas (no powder)!

The flavors of the tea here are fresh and delicious. No powder in sight. I recommend the osmanthus oolong milk tea with boba! Floral, earthy and delicious. And their straws are bamboo!
