I went today to have my smoke check for car done, but the Filipino guy who works there was extremely rude. When I arrived was around 5:39 pm, and I saw a guy who was at the enter of Smoke Check place at Fuel 24:7 gas station. I asked him about the smoke check service, he nicely told me he did not work there, he pointed to the Filipino guy who was working in his truck. He said, I suppose to be the last one, but you can ask. I noticed the guy who was inside this man truck was looking at me, and suddenly came out with attitude and angry for no reason whatsoever and yelled I am not going to take your car. I nicely asked what time do you close? He said at 6 very angry,, and I said nicely again it is not 6 yet because I thought it will take 10 minutes, what it usually takes with my car since I have this car. He exploded, and he started yelling: I am not going to the your car at 6 because it will take 20 minutes by the time I finished with this car. I did not know that with older car it takes 20 minutes. However, the problem here it is not the fact that he did my car or not because I could come back other day, the problem here it is his attitude, rudeness towering a customer who will make money for you. If perhaps, he told me nicely I will able to get the info that I need it to come back other day. I smiled, and I said to the guy who look at me not surprise at all: he is angry to make money. The Filipino guy yelled: have nice day!, sarcastically. I am answered the same way: you too. I do not know who lost more him for the future customers he will lose because the person who recommended me that place will know this, so he does not send anybody else, or me in where I can go many places to do the smoke check. Only this Filipino guy has two more places near where you can do smoke checks at the Sullivan Street the Arco gas station and opposite of the Arco there is another place. Please people do not go to places like this where you will go and ask for a services, and instead you become attack with rudeness and attitude. Remember, they need your money more than you need there shady service.
