Holy Toledo!!! So I tried the traditional style of ramen, it was one of the most flavorful ramens I have ever had. The dipping in the liquid was a interesting method of eating.Using chopsticks for that long did give me carpal-tunnel, but it was worth it.

I got their Tsukemen kit and made it at home. It was pretty delicious, their broth was thick and deep flavored, noodles were nice and springy not soggy, and the meat was nicely flavored as well. I made an egg to go with it and it really tied the whole bowl together. Would recommend, not the cheapest though.
