At first I thought I found a great group of guys to work with… however, once I bought machine and the service agreement I can not get anyone out to fix my machine. Thomas continuously hangs up on you when you call and then he calls you back saying he’s sorry to have missed your call. Thomas, when you pick up the phone I can hear voices in the background! Then, when you finally get him and you talk to him and you tell him you need to talk to the David the tech guy he says he will have him call you and Thomas then hangs up. No Good bye, thanks for calling.. Thanks for your business. NOTHING! So now I have a machine I bought from Thomas with a yearly service agreement and he will not service it.On a scale of 5 stars I give Thomas and his business a -5 stars. Horrible service and communication skills. Horrible!
