I did my homework and looked at other facilities because this one was a bit further than I wanted, and it was more pricey than the others. But you know the saying: “You get what you pay for.” And, here, that is the “amen” of truth. The facility is immaculate. The only thing that will accumulate by your door are a few rogue leaves. There are no people “living” here besides the site property manager, Byron. And, as you may or may not know, that is a huge problem in SoCal. In fact, this is the first rental experience where there weren’t stragglers loitering around, taking “baths” in the lavatory sink, funking up the toilet, and stockpiling vermin-attractive food in their units. I feel safe here, even during night hours, because the property manager lives on site, and there is ample camera surveillance. The facility is accessible until 10pm and open at 6am, which is the most flexible access period I have found anywhere. During business hours, Byron greets customers with his charm and a smile, and he goes beyond the call of duty to help his clients. Everything about this facility is a 5-star class act. And, for that, I’m truly grateful to have found this space. Get in while and when you can because spots are snapped up quickly since the facility is so impressive. Let the choir sang!

I’m lowering my review of this business for the following reasons:1) I was given the wrong information by an employee of this company on how to take possession of parking/storage unit2) Manager Dawn seemed to be courteous and helpful at first, but then turned into the opposite3) I think this is a nice location. However, I will not come back to do business here based on their lack of excellent customer service, miscommunication and unwillingness to rectify their misstatements by putting customer satisfaction first and foremost.

The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is secure and safe. The new manager Byron has the best customer service skills and is very responsive and reasonable. They understood and worked with me when my move was delayed due to Covid and I greatly appreciated this. The prices seem to have gone up over the past few years but it is a nice solution to temporary storage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use their storage services again in the future.
