I hate this place, I wanted to buy an iPhone 7 due to the recent price drop.

I am very pleased with my experience here today, this is the third time I shop here and it was great, the only down side is the long lines outside but they do move fairly quick. You do have to make a reservation to shop around, but it is well worth it. While shopping I was not rushed nor pushed to purchase anything. I actually ended up buying more than what I intended to purchase because the service was so great.1 leather case1 silicon case2 MagSafe wallets- I will update this review as I see fit

I had placed an order for a device that was in limited supply over the phone the evening prior with a very friendly and helpful sales agent. Pickup time was scheduled for 7:15-7:30. At around 6:01 I get a notification on my Apple store app informing me the store has canceled my order. My dad arrived at this location about 25 minutes later nearly a full hour early for his scheduled time to make sure he had time to get the phone and his information transferred. At the door he was informed the order I’d placed for him was canceled. The representative who worked inside came out after seeing my father visibly frustrated and tried to tell him the order was placed a day earlier and canceled a day earlier than had actually taken place. The representative then tries to convince my dad that the order confirmation I have from the friendly phone rep was fraudulent and I had purchased the phone from someone else despite the order still existing and the confirmation email being from an email that reads (rep name)@apple.com at this point my dad shows the rep his phone (no functioning screen) and says well are you going to sell me the phone that we ordered here or not? To which the representative replied “you’ve got one in your hand right there” gesturing to his work phone. After enough back and forth and under threat that I contact the Apple customer support team while I’m on speaker phone trying to help my dad buy a phone from two states away, he finally caved and agreed to sell him the device as it was sold the previous evening. Not only did this store take credit from their own internal sales associate on the telephone side but they tried to convince my dad I had ordered it fraudulently. The only rationale I could come to as for a reason is the store or representative wanted to up-sell products to my father or sell the device to a different customer leaving my father out high and dry, neither is an acceptable way to conduct business let alone business for one of the largest companies in the world. Customer support has been notified of this behavior and feedback has been submitted through the Apple website. Avoid this location until these individuals are removed. Looking at you Ricardo.

Worse customer service ever!! First visit they asked me to make an appointment before they can see me which I understood as I work in customer service too and covid guidelines but what passed me off was I came for my appointment which was the same day couple of hours later and I was early for my appointment with store half empty and they still couldn’t see saying I was early for my appointment and they can only check me in 5 mins prior to my appointment. Funny enough if you had appointment to buy something no need to wait but for getting service done on an existing product you have to wait. As I am writing the review another client just sent in front of me without appointment for sale. I get the max capacity and covid regulations but when you have more employees then customers and employees just sitting idol not acceptable what so ever. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
