Superior customer service. The Dream Team, Ali and Kevin are kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable on all things related to your mobile phone. I came to the store with a data issue and they took time to assist me to find the solution.Both of them were attentive and they shared insights on new products- not a pushy sell- just good information on best options to meet my communication needs and to save money.Overall, a great experience. I never write reviews, but we had such a great experience at AT&T I had to mention it! Went there to just get some preliminary information and Keavon was beyond helpful. He made sure to spend time to explain everything and was very patient with my wife and I. So knowledgeable that we were confident we needed to switch to AT&T and only work with keavon! We both left with Apple watches and are coming back next week when we cancel our current plans with Sprint. This is the type of service every store needs highly recommended!
