Please read the timeline below…..March 3rd 2021Placed an order & received order confirmationMarch 30th 2021I emailed them and asked them for any updates on my order.8 days later….April 7th 2021Received an email that it was shipped out.**in reality** my order wasn’t shipped but only had Label created with ups.14 days later….April 13th 2021Received an email from the store that my order was going to get shipped out to me Friday April 17 20213 days later…It’s is April 20th 2021I Emailed them so see what’s going on… since my order did not get shipped on the day as promised !April 21th 2021Received a response and my order was finally shipped and dropped off to UPS.April 22th 2021Finally received my shoes.A total of 51 daysto receive an item.I know you guys advise customers to read your FAQ page. But no where in the website while looking at products does it say y’all are going to take up to 30 days to ship an item.And No One… goes straight to the FAQ section while shopping.It is common for online stores to tell customers before checkout about any delays or policies. Your business ways are pretty unethical. Feels like once you guys receive payment.. the customers don’t matter and blame them for not reading the FAQ’s while it is not explained to do so while shopping and checking out on your website.. and even then it took more than 30 days.I am speaking on my experience with Street Sole. I will not be shopping with you guys again.
