Stopped into Turner’s Modesto for the first time the other day. Nice store and all with a decent selection of Guns/Ammo. But wasn’t impressed with the service I received. Two women Claire, Veronica had to be the most unprofessional and Lazy individual’s I’ve ever seen or been helped by in a Retail store. Definitely not the kind of people you want representing a Gun store. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

After having to wait 20 minutes at the fishing counter, went and ask the cashier for help, which all the employees were at the gun counter, I was told the guys at lunch that does the fishing counter, and had to wait for him to come back. So waited another 15 minutes. Spent 350.00 on just 3 items. They Definitely need more help. They guy who did finally came back from lunch and helped us was awesome, knew what he was doing when it came to the rod and reels. I give the guy five stars, but only posting two, because the employees seen me standing there and not one of the asked if I needed held.
