I have always had a good experience at this CVS. The store employees are welcoming and respectful and the pharmacy has always been very helpful.I got the Moderna vaccine here and Abdul was great at administering the vaccine. He was gentle and I didn’t feel a thing. Several people who were waiting the 15 minutes after the vaccine also mentioned how gentle he was.

I have had to call to get an override, that the pharmacy should have already requested. When calling to pharmacy, spoke with ZACK, who was less than helpful, and a bit dismissive in his communication. he should really be trained in how to answer the phone and treat customers

Overpriced unless there is a sale or coupon, however, I have found the staff here to be unusually efficient and helpful. On one visit, unprompted, one of the staff recognized our passport forms in hand and immediately had someone come out to help us take a passport photo. Today, when I said my CVS account was under my old phone number, the clerk offered to update my phone number. A small gesture but one that has not been offered to me at any other CVS in the 2+ years since I’ve changed phone numbers. I feel like a human being again!
