I was traveling from Fresno to Auburn this past week. As I was passing through Stockton I noticed I had a tire going down. I stopped at the America’s Tire Hammer Lane store in Stockton and I was met by Adrian in the parking lot. He checked the tire and found that the tread depth was too low to repair the tire. I wasn’t happy, I explained that I didn’t have the funds to purchase a new set of tires. I pleaded with him to patch it … I just needed to get another 90 miles on it. Adrian said due to safety reason he could not repair the tire. He then checked his inventory of used tires and found one that fit my rim and car. Even though it was very busy they replaced the tire within 45 minutes. The best part … they replaced the tire absolutely FREE – no charge for the used tire, no charge for mounting and balance, no charge for labor. I was ecstatic! Adrian and the other staff there were all very friendly and took the time to understand every customers unique situation. I highly recommend this store.
