Oceanside Office: Overall clean facility and courteous service but sadly that’s where my satisfaction starts tumbling. I had a full eye exam then ordered 2 sets of glasses, one clear and one sunglasses. A week later I went to pick them up the Rep. discovered the sunglasses scratched before I even tried them on so she immediately made up an order to remake them. Why had the lenses not been examined when received from outside lab? When I tried them on to see how they looked I informed them that my vision was unacceptably blurred so another rep. came to remark those glasses and notations were made to the order. I tried on the new clear glasses and pointed out a blurry vision with these glasses also so I was encouraged to try them for a few days to allow my eyes to adjust. So I did as they asked. I never received a call informing me that the remade glasses were ready so several weeks later I stopped in to pick up the sunglasses. Again I reported the sunglasses still blurry as were the clear. After much consultation among staff it was realized that the old prescription from a completely different doctor at a different branch location for my glass order 2 years ago had been used for these new sunglasses at their location. Really! No apology, they just ordered new sunglasses again! When I questioned the blur with my new clear glasses explaining that I had to pull out n use my old glasses to read small print in the store so when I changed back to new ones upon entering the Eyeglass Store my vision was again blurred. The gentleman from the eye lab asked me to give the new glasses a serious try n I agreed. No concers nor followup calls were ever made. Another week later I picked up n wore both pair of new glasses supposedly with correct prescription. Intererestng thought.. Why was the eye doctor never consulted about the accuracy of my prescription? I found them impossible to adjust to so walked into store this week, asked for and received a full refund for both pairs of useless glasses and walked out a dissatisfied customer. I’m going to take their supposedly correct prescription to a new eye establishment and compare to new doctor’s findings. I’ll let you know how that goes.

Do not waste your time. They will tell you to come in and they can fix your glasses. Then the snobby tech will refuse. I then tried to just buy another pair but of course, even though their inventory in the computer says they have two more pairs they can’t actually find them anywhere in the store. So in order to get a new pair I would also have to buy new lenses too! I was not offered the option of ordering in another pair of the exact same frames I have. The best advice I got was go to ANOTHER store that they do not own to get them repaired. I will NOT be back. Absolutely ridiculous! I guess I will just super glue them and find another place to bring my business to !

Would not recommend. Daniel the manager has horrible customer service.. We purchased 2 pairs of glasses for my husband which by the way this place is not cheap don’t be fooled by the 2 for deal. The girl who was helping us didn’t apply the discount they offered I had to ask to look at everything line for line that they were charging and had to show her where she didn’t apply the discount. If I hadn’t have don’t this we would have been paying about $200 more than we did. The girl told us 1 pair should be done in a couple of days the other a little longer because they did not have the frames there. After a week of waiting I called to find out what was going on and was told there was 1 pair ready. I asked why they did not call to tell is and was told the system was not set up to notify when each pair was done. It would notify us when both were done. Which is completely ridiculous when there are Humans working there that could easily call and notify us. I then asked about a receipt for my insurance to submit and was told my husband had to go inside to get the receipt I could not get it. Which fine but when I told them the insurance was under my name and I paid for it with card and said I Mean This Is My Freaking Husband.. DANIEL the office manager hung up on me. My husband called and the same Daniel so oh yeah we just needed a verbal from you she can pick it up… Why didn’t Daniel say I’m sorry we can’t give it to you but he can call and just get an okay from him and there settled.. nope I called to complain apparently Daniel is the Manager there. When I asked his name and asked if he was the one who hung up on me he said yes because anytime someone start to cuss on the phone… umm I didn’t know freaking was a cuss word.. he wouldn’t give me the District Managers number who apparently is his boss.. Horrible experience from beginning to end.
