I was here yesterday, i got great customer service coming in, was greeted and welcomed..but after waiting 20mins at least In line my cashier (Kayla) proceeds to tell me that she can’t take my $100 billBecause of a policy…so she asks a girlI’m charge I believe and the girl proceeds to tell me that she has no change, but keep in mind I saw people before me pay with cash and I was spending $50! Since they don’t take Apple Pay I asked when did she think she would have cash? She annoyingly told me she didn’t know maybe later later tonight! I obviously had to leave my items, I’m more upset because I always shop at Windsor and never had a bad encounter till this store

*UPDATE* Went back and refund was granted.Submitted my return online for an order that was shipped to me. They informed me that I could return in store for a refund as long as it met the return requirements. New, with tags, not used, etc. The dress met these return requirements as it did not fit. I went to return the item in store and was told I had to return it via mail if I wanted a refund since they could only provide store credit. This information is INCORRECT as I went back to the store’s website and confirmed refunds CAN be processed in store. This is very upsetting as this was a waste of my time. Please retrain your employees to avoid other customers from having their time wasted.
