The ice cream is good, no doubt. But the customer service is not consistent. They know they have one product in particular that has a high demand and yet, they are consistently out of it. Additionally, they don’t answer the business phone number and when they do, they just say whatever they need to get off the phone quickly. I do a lot of special occasions- I’ll just use Handels from now on becuase I can rely on the business, and the product is just as good.

Incredible ice cream with very reasonable prices. I ordered two ice creams and a piece of peanut brittle and all three were delicious. Plus, this only cost $9 – much lower than I expected. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Store is well-decorated with ample seating. Will definitely return when I am ever in the area!
