Today I ordered the 3 Tacos Al Carbon with a large side of Spanish Rice. First he didn’t ask if I wanted the combo or just the tacos. Then I didn’t get any utensils (I had to use my own fork) or salsa of any kind I wasn’t asked. The worst was finding the rice at the bottom of the cup dry, hard and over cooked. It was mixed in with the other rice that wasn’t bad.If there is a next time…I’ll have to make sure everything is in the bag and the food looks edible. Not good for you El Pollo Loco.Survey of my experience was also submitted online.

First of all the chicken is delicious, tasty,and well prepared the bun is really brioche and fresh and you can tell them how spicy you want.. now the points against Dave chicken, wait is too long for a chicken sandwich place, this is for me who doesn’t like to wait 45 minutes for lunch.. and for chicken place too expensive, I don’t think chicken sandwich is worth 11 dollars sorry…
