My battery died and triple A charged it and told me that I needed a new one immediately but that they didn’t have the correct size. So I pulled into Pep Boys right as they were closing. They asked me what was going on and I told them what triple A said. They said that they would take care of it and I had a new battery installed within 10 minutes. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you Pep Boys.

Good service. Came to this location because mine didn’t have my car battery. They took a $20 discount card and a 15% off coupon. They have 25% off buy online and pick up in store.I like to come to pepboys because there is no monkey business here, in other words they do t take advantage of you and sell you extras.
