Everyone was very hospitable and offered to help whenever we needed more information.Lani helped explain how to scan our parking tickets to receive 2 hours free in the parking structure.Covid compliant – everyone here wearing face masks – not too many people here when we stopped by 5-6pm on a Friday.Plenty of patio furniture and cushions still available. I absolutely LOVE RH – will come back again soon!

The customer service is absolutely horrific. I was being helped by David and he is totally high browed and arrogant as if we couldn’t afford anything in there. He constantly was walking away from us when he had been helping us for less than 5 mins. We hadn’t even asked more for than a few questions. The manager/team lead Amy is even worse, instead of calling out his behavior, she endorses his behavior. I been shopping with various locations for decades and have never been treated with such demeaning attitude. Will never return.
