the team gave me false information (LIED) about needing coverage insurance for my 3 day rental. They would not take no for an answer (BEWARE). I called the website number and they confirmed the additional charge was OPTIONAL so I have requested a refund. To top it off, they barely begun cleaning the truck after I paid which leads me to believe they don’t clean the trucks right when they’re returned, they wait till it becomes somebody else’s problem. 1 star.
