First time ever going to Nordstrom.I ordered an item online, only thing that really sucked was they delivery to my house was $20 extra. However upon going into Nordstrom, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I really like the service as I got help immediately upon me entering the establishment. Can’t say I can expect that everytime but it was great for a first time.
