Always check your balloons I went there I paid for 12 balloons and they only gave me 9. Also the girl was taking about her personal life with other employee.horrible costumer service.

If I could sum up my visit to this store in one word it would be AWFUL. . As I was shopping I heard the young woman behind the cash register cursing up a storm while children were shopping. The shelves could use a bit of restocking being that they were out of pretty much everything i came for.. I was standing in line for about 5 minutes. I was the only one in line. The young woman behind the register and I guess it was another employee visiting on her day off were chatting up a storm until, the off duty employee finally said oh yeah you have a customer. I guess if she never looked over in my direction who knows how long I would have been standing there. They are a little to no amount of employees working the floor. The one employee I happen to pass on the sales floor had the most nastiest demeanor. I really wanted to ask a few question about some items but she quickly walked past me as if I would be a bother to her. I highly doubt I will be returning to any more party city locations. I will just buy my supplies online from another retailer. Please work on your customer service skills.
