Terrible customer service. I called because my pharmacy was out of a steroid inhaler I need for my bronchitis and was told they had stock. So I’m like cool, how do I get my prescription from the other pharmacy to you? They ask if I’ve been there I say yes but let me give you my new insurance card.. the lady said no need, I don’t know when your prescription will be finished but we’ll let you know… so I’m waiting.. waiting.. nothing. I call back to check on if they have even entered my prescription into the system and they haven’t.. the lady on the phone is extremely rude and yells at me saying they need my new insurance information. So I inform her that I tried to give that and was blown off and I am sick and would just like to get my prescription. She then snaps back at me with a “you’re fine… but I’m going to charge you retail until you show your new insurance card” like okk…. I’ve never once said I won’t show my insurance card. I don’t even want to go pick my prescription up at this point. I’m really not asking for much and I’m return get some rude lady yelling at me for information I’ve been trying to provide them all along..
