This O’Reilly store is simply fantastic. They carry in stock much of what you will need for general automobile repairs. I have two older vehicles, and they can get me my parts within 24 hours on most occasions. The staff are generally knowledgeable, with only one bad experience on my part. They honor veterans with a 10% discount and have a generous return/Exchange policy. Don’t order online, call them and have them fulfill your order. I’ve had better experiences with them personally than online O’Reilly’s.

I am a definite repeat customer, however, this evening one particular employee stood out to me, went out of his way to not only provide great customer service but his knowledge of what it was I was inquiring about was on point and he was professional and I will definitely ask for him any other time I’m in that store .
