Everything was easy to find. The customer service was great. The employees knew their stuff. They appeared to enjoy working there. The other customers also appeared to be enjoying their visit. Everyone was respectful and practiced safe distancing while wearing face masks. I can truly say I enjoyed my visit there and would recommend this store to others. The employees made me feel welcomed! It’s always easier to grab an employee and get help from smaller stores than at Home Depot, and this store is no exception. Except that some employees don’t seem to be knowledgeable enough know what cable gland is, or will hands you 3/4 washer when you ask for 1/2. You’ll get the help you need most of the time at this friendly store though. And there is no substitute for being able to make a quick jaunt to the store and then continue to work on your project.
