If you buy a major appliance from Home Depot in Glendale, CO beware. They do not stand behind the products they sell. We purchased an LG dishwasher in December 2020. In February 2021 the dishwashers control panel cracked. Home Depot never responded to initial emails and an extended warranty was purchased. LG was contacted and A&E was the service technicians sent out to the house. A manufacture defect was confirmed and then nothing happened. I went back to the Home Depot in Glendale emailed several more times and their answer was we will take the dishwasher then give you, your money back in 5 to 10 days after we pick it up. I asked Home Depot to stand behind the products they sell and I was told that is not their policy . Babbette Leko is responsible for major appliance issues, she only responds after several attempts and multiple complaints to department managers, her own manager does not ever respond. Adam Goddard, was abusive/rude on the phone when I did not agree to allow them to charge my credit again for another dishwasher and then they will swap them out and credit me back for the broken one. It is completely unacceptable that a Billion dollar corporation does not stand behind the products. We are doing many renovations projects and will not be purchasing any further products from Home Depot because of this store.
