If the back pharamacy team could just be as great as the front team. Unless ur dropping or or paying they don’t want to do the extra work. Full of excuses no solutions and even rude. If you want to have anything done like make a call etc it’s a fight. Once in a while you might find someone that remembers they are responsible for ppl health. Shame on you.

CVS is my favorite Pharmacy now! Mainly because of the people. Actually mainly because of Tyler at the CVS in the Target Store on Hollywood way. My prescription was phoned in from my Dr. office with mistakes and he went out of his way to take the time and clear it up. Thanks Tyler, you saved me a lot of time and frustration. Appreciate it. This pharmacy is a hidden gem of a CVS. I stumbled upon this location while swinging through the small little Target a while back. I have to drive a few more minutes from my home to get to this CVS, but their stellar service swayed me to transfer all my prescriptions here. This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever found–the pharmacists go above and beyond every time to ensure you get your prescriptions, even if it’s super time-consuming and a pain in the butt for them! I haven’t stepped foot into this place since the pandemic, but they still deliver equally great service as they’ve always done. They’ve never failed to pick up the phone and have consistently mailed prescriptions out to arrive the following day during COVID. Thanks for being the best!
