There is always the longest wait in the morning of course a time that can be busy but literally it will take half an hour just to walk in wait to have your order taken and finally get the actual order. Like you cant come here on a work break it turns into a whole lunch with the time it takes just to get a cup of coffee here. Can I suggest this location hire more staffing for a faster and friendlier experience.

Okay seriously going to save my money from here on out. Prejudiced employees who serve you undercooked food on purpose. If you are a person of color especially black watch out for the staff here. Patiently waited for a half cooked egg and cheese sandwich and when I brought it to the managers attention they seemed pretty unconcerned. He barely offered to make me a new one which it should be common sense that you should since the first wasnt cooked all the way and soggy on one side. Its amazing how if I would have gotten sick with salmonella or something and sued what kind of different customer service I probably would have received. Im not waiting to find out though. Save your money because this is a horrible location.

Nice place for coffee. Decent wifi, considering there’s around 25+ devices at a time connected, and is a great place to meet friends/work. Staff are very friendly and approachable. You must request a straw, but I do appreciate the straws being paper over plastic. Definitely recommend, would come again.Extra note: Restroom here is very nice. Modern and clean.
