I am super happy with my visit to lowes yesterday, this is mainly because of the help of an employee there who’s name was Gene. We went there to get a very large curbside garbage can for our trash service. After purchasing the garbage can we came to realize that there was no way it would fit in my car, so we went in and asked for help to strap it to the top of my car and no one wanted to help except for this gracious man. He spent at least 20 minutes outside in the rain helping us and was so courteous while doing so. Thank you so much Gene we appreciate your amazing customer service!!!
