I traveled to Truckee, CA., where it snowed. I had no way to wash my windows to see, because no one filled the window wash water. When I finally got to do that for your company the window washer tank was bone dry. The wheels were not up to tire pressure, so therefore they ran a little low. You need to bring up to your franchisers, to work together. It seemed to me that the male was having the wife run around, not able to keep up, while husband chatter with customers. Not a very good job at all. Especially since I had notice that my car had arrived at there location two days earlier.

I usually rent from Budget when I am in the LA area. I have recommended Budget to my friends and family. However, this time it was a Budget fail. On this reservation, Budget made a mistake. I reserved for pick up in Camarillo on NOV 7 and dropping off at LAX on NOV 8. On the NOV 6. I had not received a confirmation email so I called the 800 number to confirm. Budget had a reservation for NOV 21 dropping off Nov 22. (I would not be in California on NOV 21) I asked for a res on NOV 7 and there were no cars available at two locations in Camarillo. The next closest available car was in Port Hueneme, a 30 minute drive away from Camarillo. I had to arrange a ride to Port Hueneme. The reservation was for 1PM pick up and I was to have the car for 24 hours. Because of the distance to Port Hueneme, I was delayed picking up the car until a bit before 4PM. When I arrived, there was no car for me. They had already given the car I reserved to someone else. I would have appreciated a call or text or email asking me if I was on my way.Also the person at the counter in Port Hueneme was sort of rude and the office was filthy!
