I stopped by Beyond Two Rings to help get my wife’s watch cleaned. The owners were extremely professional and helpful, and offered their cleaning free of charge even though I had never shopped or purchased with them before. I was very impressed by their service and want to give credit where it is deserved, so I’m leaving this review. I definitely plan to consider them first for custom work in the future.

Awesome shop, Brian was super helpful. Kept it within my budget. Was never pushy, was open to answering all my questions (this was my first ring buying experience so I had A LOT of questions) and was very knowledgeable about all the items.Helped make some small customization to make it perfect.(Part 2)After picking the ring we set a date for completion and made the order. (And then RONA locked everything down…..) However, true to his word he STILL got the order done on time and on budget.2 months later I was finally able to pop the question and it turned out perfect! I needed a bracelet clasp fixed ASAP so I called the store right before my lunch break and was told to bring in the bracelet. The very nice store rep examined it and said he could do it in 5 minutes. Sure enough it was fixed and cleaned in a jiffy. Thank you Beyond Two Rings.
