I’ve used this UPS store for the past two years as a mailing address and been highly pleased with their service. Always professional, courteous, friendly, and diligent. I never once had a problem with them, or a delivery. Fantastic customer service. They get my very highest marks and recommendations.

If I could just give zero stars I will because the manager and the owner of the store are the worst ever, they damage my property and they try justify by saying that they haven’t inspected the item before they started to try find a good box for the item, so… I’m asking? Do they don’t have any procedure to receive the materials without a box? Soo this ups store doesn’t reflect the quality standards for ups? Apparently not! and also a reaaaally bad mood to deal whit this kind of situations with the clients because the manager actually blames you for everything and she like to yell to the clients.

Good customer service most of the time. OnceI talked to someone really rude. My biggest issue is I moved out of state and they told me that they would hold on to my mail for 30 days after and forward it. when I called back to check on it they told me that they would not be doing it and my mailbox was rented to someone else so they just sent all my mail back. I ended up losing important mail.
