Tired Eyes is a local coffee roaster providing the creative juice for your daily grind. We began roasting in a backyard shed and built our brand on DIY ethics. We offer a full menu of espresso based drinks, as well as rotating single origin coffees and blends. Our most popular drink is our cold brew, with rich chocolate and red fruit flavors. This is one of the only coffee shops that has dairy free milk WITHOUT charging extra. I love coming to this coffee shop on Fridays after a long week at work and getting the iced vanilla latte. It is my go-to here. I love the aesthetics but also the workers here – they are really nice and inviting. The price is right for a good iced latte and they roast their own beans. Support local!!

If you like actual milk in your coffee, don’t set foot here. While this places has great asthetic(and an awesome name/logo), I just don’t know how you can be a full service coffee shop without offering dairy milk as an option. A latte or cappuccino without that creamy addition just isn’t the same.Even knowing this, I still thought I would give it a try, and ordered an iced latte. Although the price is actually quite reasonable, upon my first sip, I was instantly disappointed with the plant milk flavor that soured my latte. Nothing against people who like plant milk, or who are vegetarian/lactose intolerant, but I just don’t understand why regular milk can’t even be an option. At any rate, if you like your coffee with anything except almond, oat or soy milk, don’t even waste your time here.

BEST COFFEE. BEST SERVICE. BEST PEOPLE. I have been a fan of Tired Eyes every since they opened and this review is long overdue. From the most delicious beans to the most delicious drinks to the friendliest staff, Tired Eyes is by far my favorite coffee shop in San Diego. I recently placed an online order that I sadly got lost in the mail and Tyler’s service was above and beyond. He not only replaced the order but gave me an extra bag of beans and refunded me the entire order!!! That’s service!!!! Please give this coffee shop your money you will not regret it!!!!! Thank you to everyone at Tired Eyes for all they do 🙂 y’all are such an integral part of our community.
