Avadela at Mission St AT&T,very unhelpful and spent more time texting on her phone than she did helping me with the problems and questions I had.Avadela seemed unwilling or just didn’t care to help me with the issues I was hoping to get resolved,and this certainly isn’t the first time we have had to deal with unhelpful and uncaring staff at AT&T!I guess this was the push we needed to switch to T Mobile,who I called after my unfriendly experience,and spoke with a very sweet and helpful lady named Maria who assured me they could help me with my “AT&T” apple Iphone problems which AT&T couldn’t be bothered with.They are also a hell of a lot less expensive and much friendlier!
