Worst customer service experience of my life!  I was shopping at their Beverly Hills location and fell in love with a pair of shoes.  They didn’t have my size but found them in NYC.  I gave them my credit card but they told me they also needed me to fill out a form because there might be a tax difference.  I was suspicious because the salesperson had wanted me to fill out a profile so that if she saw something I might like, she could call me because there is not a celine store in Denver.  I declined this but they still got me by making me fill out the form to get the shoes ordered.  Fast forward a few days later to a voicemail and text message from the sales person (which is out of line…text or call but not both, that is almost stalking) saying my card was declined.  I looked online and my card had in fact been charged TWICE!   The sales rep explained there might be an address issue, I confirmed and they had to correct address.  We agreed to see what happened with the charge and regroup monday.  Monday both charges dropped off and I had them run it again.  TWO MORE CHARGES showed up on my card but again they were saying transaction declined.  I finally just gave them my AMEX instead of my MC and then got ANOTHER CALL saying that they can’t use  gift cards.  This was not a gift card, it was my AMEX, what is wrong with these people.  I was put thru to a manager that basically treated me like a thief and refused to run my card again without another form, they refused to take my card number over the phone and I only wanted to do this because I wanted to make sure they indeed have the correct number because of the gift card comment.  I wanted to tell them to go to hell but I really wanted the clogs AND I wanted my pride to be honored because the issue was not my cards, it was something on their end.  The 2nd person I dealt with was so incredibly rude, dismissive and awful to me I should have just ended the call right then and there.NEXT, instead of emailing me an authorization form I got a phone call from someone in their online division.  This nice person was HAPPY TO TAKE MY CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE.  What happened next puts the icing on the cake….when she tried to run the transaction, she explained to me the reason it wasn’t going thru is because Celine had not released the stock on their end because the shoes had to come from another location.  So, this entire time and their awful borderline accusatory phone calls was because of a computer glitch on THEIR END.I absolutely love the Celine line, I have spent a good amount of money there and even if I had not, their treatment of me was absolutely inexcusable.  Once I get these shoes, I will never shop there again
