Horrible in communication. I have to call for everything. They do not explain to you what will be next. It is a week now and haven’t return call when they said that they will call me same day. Wedding was Sunday, and it was Tuesday already and didn’t have bridesmaids dresses ready. People have their own responsibilities such as work, family and school. I was embarrassed for my bridesmaids cause they had to go through this. If getting married is stressful and emotional, these people’s inresponsability makes it worst. I’m just waiting for picture and video and I’m out out of this place. By the way wedding was almost 2 months ago and I haven’t received a call regarding photos and video.

Rude employees. Tuxedos were given with wrong sizes,ripped jacket,pants and dirty. I didn’t find out till day of wedding. Humiliated and upset. Complained to manager and he gave us partial refund. Nice man but terrible staff. I would never recommend this place!
