My experience was enjoyed. This is my favorite t-mobile store. I am always pleasantly greeted when I arrive. The employees seem to put customer service first. My last visit was the best. Rafi took his time explaining everything to me and made sure I got everything I needed. I appreciate his time and patience greatly!! Rafi knows what it means to provide excellent customer care. Lawrence the manager was also very helpful and kind. My experience could not gone any better. Thank you both for being awesome!!

Just had to transfer over a phone number from a sprint family plan to independent plan with t-mobile with a new phone, insurance and the works. A complicated process that was smoothly executed in a timely fashion. All reps were very kind and helpful in providing the specifics regarding plans, first responder discounts etc. Specifically, Shant helped coordinate the transfer process (which can be hectic across sprint to t-mobile). He was very patient, courteous and helpful throughout the transaction. Highly recommend this spot (especially Shant) for any future cell phone transactions.
