My review comes two years too late. I hope their employee Anthony Vaccaro is still there to read this. When we bought a house in 2018 we had to get a washer, a dryer, and a refrigerator. Anthony was genuinely happy to help us make the right selection. He didn’t push for what they can make money off of but instead what best suited our needs and our budget. He made our experience very seamless and enjoyable from start to finish (delivery and installation). I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again if we would be treated as good as Anthony had. Thank you.

We had absolutely the best experience at Pacific Sales. Damien was knowledgeable and infinitely patient. We purchased 8 major appliances from them. Everything was as promised. When delivery was ordered, immediately all information came in writing in text. When we had a change-adfition, Damian was able to resolve the entire thing over the phone and followed up with an immediate email including our receipt. We really appreciate everything they have done for us and will be back for purchasing a washer and dryer. Thank you Damien!
