I DON’T even want to give the store ONE star, because I couldn’t even go in!! Very frustrating, I got to the mall about 7:10 pm on a mission to find my son a hat for his baseball game that started at 7:30pm (we seem to have misplaced his original going back and forth from Mom and Dad’s houses) and I walk in to find the store closed when the mall closes at 9pm. There was a clock sign on the gate saying they would be back at 7:40pm. I walked over to a different sports store in the mall and bought what I needed at 7:17 pm and when I walked back by the store on my way out, they were STILL closed. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Staff your store with enough people to keep your doors open and keep business coming in. You lost what could have been a quick, easy sale. I will NEVER buy anything from your store!!
