Matt was friendly, knowledgable, and professional (pun intended). After multiple problems getting my ball drilled at another alley I spoke w Matt on the phone and he assured me he could drill my ball while I waited. When I arrived Matt listened to how I bowl, what I thought I wanted done to my ball, he made a couple suggestions/tweaks, took my measurements and sure enough drilled my ball right then and there (sounds weird to say yet the shop that was warranting the ball just wouldn’t get it done after weeks). Could not be happier with the drill job. My ball comes off my hand and does what I need every time. I will always come back to Pro. Approach, Thanx Again!
