I was 10 minutes late to an appointment that I waited weeks to get in for and they said they could not help me. I paid for an extended warranty and I should just be able to drop off the computer in a matter of minutes. You have my information do you have our device just drop it off and sign a signature. I talk to the manager and the service was terrible they did absolutely nothing. They told me I could wait all day and hopefully get in. This place sucks

False ad. They can’t fix if you don’t have protection. Even if you bought item in best buy. Even for money. Worst customer experience.
