In November of 2020 I had a change in my cellular plan and chose to work with the AT&T store in the SLO. I have had a good experience each time I have worked with them. I have worked with the same sales person since (Jasmine) and she was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I also believe she handled herself in a very professional manner. I would recommend this store and sales person to any friend that asked. Thank you for the professionalism and helping me out when I needed it.

I had a complex problem with my phone plan that I had previously spent countless hours on the phone with customer service without result.Finally, I worked with Jacob T and he was able to get everything fixed, and even gave me options for other ways I could cut down costs and improve my service. Jacob spent over 2 hours with me helping ensure that my plan was just the way I wanted it. He also helped me with calling customer service and ensuring that the right people were on my case. Jacob was very patient and knowledgeable and I would definitely work with him again.
