I had purchased 2 sonic care toothbrushes model 4100 for my folks as a gift. Unfortunately around the same time I was scheduled for my gastric resection surgery to address my stage 2 stomach cancer and I was out of commission for quite a while but I was informed that this particular model of toothbrush wasn’t beneficial for my folks due to the extreme vibrations. My recovery time was going to be around 6 months but I wanted to address this return as soon as possible so at 2 months post surgery I pushed myself to go out during the pandemic and my recovery conditions but I was met with difficulty and disbelief and frustration.I phoned the company and was subsequently met with a readiness to correct my situation and a insistence to prove that BB was not behind this obvious dismissive and rude behavior. I am very pleased with the professional experience that I received. I will certainly continue to be a BEST BUY loyal customer.
