Horrible customer service. They pick up the phone just to hang up a second later. I sent in film and have been constantly checking in. It’s been TWO months. I’ve contacted cvs photo they resent my photos said they’d be there in 24 hours but I waited 48 hours just to be safe. It’s ridiculous. It’s unacceptable. These people couldn’t possible care less. And yet I continue to wait.
