I placed an order on 12/31, emailed for a return on 1/1. Only was told to call the center. I was told that as long as I don’t pick up the merchandise I would receive a refund. On 1/10, I picked up my other half of the order, told the store associate to initiate the return. I was told by the store manager that I would receive my refund in 3 weeks, aka by 1/31. I called on 1/25 to inquire about the refund, and was promised that the refund process will be initiated on 1/26. Called in 1/28 to check on the refund status, saying i wouldn’t get the refund for another 2 weeks. The refund will start upon distribution center receive the merchandise back. I’ve never get a hold of the bag, and why am I not getting a refund for this long? The brand is claiming its luxury brand. I think Walmart might have better customer service than them.
