**BUYER BEWARE** – I ordered flowers over the phone for a death in the family. I specifically choose this florist because they were local. The lady assured me they would take care of it and the flowers would be delivered the next day. She asked for a phone number to ensure delivery. I authorized an arrangement for $100 and they were to be delivered the next day, Sunday 4-6. The flowers were not delivered to my family and they charged me $150 from another business name The Children’s Boutique and they are now ignoring me. I have requested my money back or the flowers to be delivered. As of today I have not received a response. I would NOT recommend this florist Downtown Flowers or The Children Boutique in San Clemente as they are not in their business for their customers & community. This business is not trustworthy. They charged my credit card $50 more then I authorized.

I love how fabulous my arrangements always turn out and people always put a smile on their face when they see fresh flowers. Tika is so creative and always whips up beautiful arrangements. My go to flower shop.
